It is a dark cherry red wine, aged for 6 months in oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.

It gives off a very fruity and persistent aroma with notes of plum, blackberry and spices and with a spicy background. Well structured flavor. A round and tasty wine, with a good balance between alcohol content, acidity and structure. Long and persistent aftertaste with hints of black fruit jams.

Highly recommended to take with game dishes, red meats and cured cheeses. It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 16 - 18 degrees.
